Watching skate videos

on repeat whilst working in the shop has already begun, as well as local kids from the park spilling ribena on the floor!

Scraping dried paint which dripped off of the walls is no fun either!

We

are now open for business!

We're open Monday to Sunday from 12-6pm (sometimes we might arrive earlier and leave later if we're in the mood!)

Come and pay us a visit!

This is where you can find us!

More work

Yesterday Kev and Pete were sorting out the deck racks whilst Francois was covering the final touches on the paint jobs. This badboy can hold up to 60 decks and there are 60 decks left from Pete shop so we're going to be fully stocked up when all of the new brands come in!

After working in the shop, Pete went up to get some stuff from Power, Francois went to go and dj and Kev ended up filming people at Cantelowes and then at Bay66 for some shop related edits, which you'll no doubt be able to find up here in the future!

Painting and lots of it

Yesterday Pete, Francois and Kev were painting the interior of the shop. The main walls will be a nice terracotta/orange colour with yellow being splashed over everything else which was previously white, such as doorframes, windowledges, poles, circuitboards etc.

We're going back round there in an hour or so to gloss everything up and to cover any loose ends which need to be done!

Here's a photo of what the inside of the shop looks like so far, it's probably the photo that shows it best. At the moment it's looking more like a west indian take away than a skate shop!

Gorm has given the shop a mention over on the Tweakerzine. Check it out here
